Our standard service. Pick up is within 30-60 minutes, and delivery within 2-3 hours of your call, depending on the destination of your delivery and the time of day

Economy Service
This 4-5 hour value service option is available in the following counties: . Alameda . Contra Costa . San Francisco . San Mateo . Northern Santa Clara Orders must be called in by 12:00 PM for service the same day. Deduct 25% from our Standard Service Rate.

Overnight Service
Call us by Noon for a pick up by 6:00 PM and we will deliver your shipment to any of the 5 Bay Area counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara by 12:00 Noon the next business day. This service is subject to vehicle availability for large shipments. All for a flat rate of $15.00

Direct Service
With Direct Service, we provide immediate dispatch and delivery. Our customer service agents will act immediately to give your shipment non-stop priority to its destination. Add 50% to our Standard Rate.

Seattle STAT Service
NCM Direct Delivery understands with STAT medical deliveries that every minute counts. We understand the importance of Patient Care and will make it our highest priority. With this understanding our STAT services can pick up and deliver between 15 and 60 minutes.
